PAYMENT + DEPOSIT
A $100 REFUNDABLE security deposit is required to secure desired event date and time. This deposit is also in place to cover any last-minute cancellations and any damage, soiling or staining done while the rental was in use. You will be refunded the security deposit within 3 days after we receive and inspect the bounce house.
The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to the event

Our rental period is 4 hours unless specified otherwise, we are open to extending the rental period if needed. Our latest pickup time is 8:00pm. There is a late night pick-up fee of $100 for inventory being picked up after 8:00pm. Customers will need to arrange for delivery and pick up times accordingly, allowing at least 1 hour for setup prior to event start time.

Equipment can be set up on grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, hardwood, pavers and sport court. We do not set up in dirt or sand, rocks or gravel to safeguard and protect the Equipment. Water sprinklers in home yards must be turned off during the duration of the rental. It is Customer's responsibility to make sure there is a large enough space for setup and for Equipment to fit.

Hills or slight inclines in setup location should be a maximum of 5 degrees. Gates and walkways should be a minimum of 4 feet wide. Customer must inform Company of any stairs/steps present on site or leading up to the delivery location. There is a maximum of 10 stairs/steps allowed for setup.

It is the responsibility of the customer to indicate where electrical, phone, and water lines are located prior to stakes or anchors being inserted into ground.

Customer will receive a full refund of deposit for any cancellation made at least 7 days prior to event date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to event date, the deposit will be converted to a raincheck applicable to any rental within the following 12 months. Same day cancellations will result in a charge of the entire rental amount. All cancellations must be made to The Company directly via email or phone.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: severe weather conditions (Weather Policy below); a location that is unsafe or inaccessible due to doors, gates, slopes or steps; or if there is reason to believe that the Equipment and or its users may be in danger.

Be advised that during rain, lightning and/or high wind weather, it is unsafe for anyone to play inside the Equipment. For that reason, raining/inclement weather days result in canceled/postponed events. In the event of rain or high winds exceeding 15 mph (including a forecasted probability of 50% or greater) during your rental period, same day cancellations/postponements will be accepted without penalty if made by 8am on the event date. It is the responsibility of all Customers to contact the Company directly by email or phone. Following a cancellation/postponement, if weather conditions improve there is no guarantee that the Company will be able to deliver. Deposits will be held and converted to a raincheck applicable to any rental within the following 12 months.

In the event of rain or high winds exceeding 15 mph following the delivery and setup of Equipment and during the rental period, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order due to safety concerns without refund.
